Banana and peanut butter shake

About 18 g protein

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

Berry and oat shake

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt

Chocolate milk shake

  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • A few ice cubes
